How to Keep a Party Table Cold for Four Hours
Ice under the food does almost nothing. Ice under the tray does the work. What actually keeps a spread safe from the first guest to the last, and the two hour rule that decides everything.
12 min readChilled serving trays that keep a spread cold all afternoon, disposable cups that come with lids that actually fit, storage that states what it holds, and garden pots you can see the roots through. Baderke sells them in the counts a real household or a real party needs.

The catalogue
Most of the range is bought by the pack rather than the piece, so every page states the count, the size and what fits what. That is the whole promise of Baderke.

Almost every complaint about housewares comes down to a number nobody printed clearly: a lid that is nearly the right diameter, a container described by its outside dimensions when the inside is what matters, a set that says 192 pieces but serves 48.
Every page in the Baderke catalogue states both numbers, and the tables on our shelves let you compare them side by side before you buy.
Choosing a cup
The most common question we get is which size to buy for an event. This is the short version.
| Size | Fills | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 9 to 12 oz | A soft drink with ice, a small coffee | Children’s parties, tastings, coffee stations |
| 16 oz | A standard iced coffee or soda with ice | The default for most events, and the easiest lid to source |
| 18 to 20 oz | A large iced drink, a smoothie | Summer parties, anywhere ice melts fast |
| 24 oz and up | A shared or refill-free serving | Outdoor events where refilling is inconvenient |
| Drink pouches | A single juice or cocktail, freezable | Lunchboxes, picnics, poolside |
Counts are the other half of the question: plan on roughly one and a half cups per guest rather than one, which is what people actually get through once drinks get topped up. The full range of sizes and pack counts is on Baderke cups and drinkware.
What buyers say
Quoted as published, unedited. We keep the critical ones because a wall of five stars tells you nothing about whether something suits you.
We used these for party favors for my son’s birthday party and they were a huge hit! Amazing quality and a great price!
We used this for a dirty soda bar for my engagement party and they worked perfectly! We added a custom sticker on each cup as well and it turned out so cute
These are so cute and I love them but it came with not enough lids so I have a ton of straws left, 10 cups and no lids lol
This is one of the most handy things I have purchased in a long time. We didn’t want to bring a huge jar of protein powder on vacation and this provided the perfect solution! Fits one scoop of protein powder perfectly. Very happy with this. I bought two.
This item is great for protein powders, hydration powders and more. It holds all you need and is made well and super easy to use with the exception it is not air tight therefore moisture can get it, with that said I use this for roadtrips and it works amazingly.
Great for favors for a bridal shower or baby shower! The look can match whatever the vibe and the wood quality is stellar! Easy to use for sure!
As someone who cooks and entertains friends, these were perfect for serving tacos! Just like the restaurants use, great quality, dishwasher safe and easy to store. A great value too!
I like the look of this flask, but the cover peels off to easily.
I absolutely LOVE these mop heads! They go on easily and are perfect for dusting (use dry) and washing (with cleaning solution in bucket) baseboards. They fit the mop snugly so they stay in place and glide over the surfaces being cleaned. I like their size most of all, perfect for doing my baseboards and light enough that I don't get tired.

How many cups per guest, which size for which drink, why a lid that is nearly the right diameter is no lid at all, and how much ice a party actually needs.

Class parties, teacher gifts and wedding favors are the same problem in different clothes: something decent, twenty four times over, that does not take an evening to assemble or create a safety problem.

We publish our own catalogue and refresh the figures on a schedule. A model with no current price stays listed and is marked unavailable rather than quietly disappearing, because people arrive looking for the thing they already own.
